Since I started implementing the strategy, I feel like a have a plan and I know where I’m going! Gina breaks it up into manageable tasks and is always helpful and encouraging in making sure you keep on top of what has to be done. The stategy has certainly helped me with improving customer service, understanding customer needs and improving our website. She has taught me the importance of good photos and videos and always following up with prospective new clients.
